Sacramento seeks input on K Street
Bizjournals.com
The departments of transportation and economic development invite residents to complete a Web-based survey on a K Street Vehicle Traffic Study. The study examines options for incorporating vehicle traffic to K Street between Eighth and 12th streets. The city also is considering a pilot project to open two blocks of K Street — either between Eighth and 10th or between 10th and 12th — to vehicles. Survey results will be used to gauge what people think about the idea of bringing cars and trucks back to this long-time pedestrian mall and what features would be most important if the city went forward with a trial conversion of the mall.
