30 2008 America’s favorite cartoon mouse has joined Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan in the pantheon of celebrity DUI arrests Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department arrest records show. 24 within the span of an hour the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department arrested Mickey Mouse twice on charges of driving under the influence and once for driving on a revoked license according to records. Sheriff’s Department spokesman Sgt. Tim Curran was surprised to hear of the arrest.

30 2008| Page 2B SACRAMENT – A victims rights group has criticized the Catholic Diocese of Sacramento for waiting six months to disclose that a priest had been accused of sexual molestation. Leaders of Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests said Tuesday that church officials were “extraordinarily reckless to keep a child-abuse allegation secret for that long. “David Clohessy national director of the victims support group called the delay “an egregious violation of the bishops’ promise to openly and promptly suspend priests credibly accused. ” Church officials announced Monday that the Rev. Francisco Hernandez-Tover 59 was removed from ministry this week after investigation of a complaint that he had molested a teenage boy in the 1980s at ur Lady of Lourdes Church in Colusa.

He had a concern of making the Sacramento region prosperous in the fullest sense. “Hammer known as Rusty died at his San Jose home with his wife Pamela family and friends at his side according to the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce where he served as president from 2001-2005. When Hammer came to the Sacramento Metro Chamber in 1994 the organization was at a low ebb. Fighting to remain relevant and struggling financially the chamber called on Hammer to right the listing ship. Susan Peters now a Sacramento County supervisor was then a member of the chamber executive committee that hired Hammer… He had a concern of making the Sacramento region prosperous in the fullest sense. “Hammer known as Rusty died at his San Jose home with his wife Pamela family and friends at his side according to the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce where he served as president from 2001-2005. He did so almost immediately expanding the chamber’s reach from its traditional role of business network to regional catalyst championing area flood protection transportation and school improvements and creating venture capital groups and other business engines when few others saw the region’s potential.

Capital Thunder fuels Sacramento youth hockey

Despite that the Capital Thunder Youth Hockey Association has continued to serve the community of Sacramento with youth hockey for over a decade. the current president of the Capital Thunder association has been involved in hockey for more than eight years all in the northern Californian region. Serving as president of the youth hockey association in neighboring Fresno Monks moved to the Sacramento area five years ago and has served as president of Capital Thunder Youth Hockey for the past year.
