Highlands High School girls basketball coach Sean Chambers says 75 college coaches from all levels will be at Cosumnes River College this weekend to watch some of the area’s best female players. “We started this in 2000″ said Chambers who starred at Highlands and Cal Poly before a 14-year professional career in the Philippines. “The way things are now the best way for kids to get seen are to be on travel teams and a lot of inner-city and underprivileged.
